First Initial Cleaning
After we show up for your first scheduled service. Our manager will do a free 21 pt. inspection to make sure everything is working amazing. After that is done, you're off to the races! Time to enjoy your beautiful pool.

Frequently Asked Questions
How often should I clean my pool?
We recommend regular weekly service at least once per week, especially in the summer, as high UV’s degrade the chlorine and high temperatures promote fast algae growth. Some pools are able to be serviced every other week in January and February.
How long is the service?
The visit time can vary depending on the state of the pool and what is required, but they are about 20 minutes on average for one person, with visit times sometimes lasting past one hour for debris heavy pools in the fall.
Can you clean a green pool?
Yes! A green pool is our specialty.
What if I have a problem with service?
Contact us and we will do whatever we can to make sure you are satisfied with service.
Do I need to be home during the maintenance service?
No. You don't need to be home during our service. For transparency, you can opt into “on the way” text messages to let you know our next stop is your backyard. After-service emails are sent after every service that includes: a photo of the pool, a checklist of tasks completed, water chemistry readings, dosages of chemicals added to the water, and any notes and extra information that the customer should know.
Do you offer one time pool cleaning?
Yes! We can quote on a case-by-case basis.
